• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage service and preparation
• Mixologist and Bartending Background helpful.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
• Ability to manage and motivate staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Having an NCII Certificate is an advantage.
• With resort or beach operations experience.
