What Success Looks Like In This Role
In your first 3060 days, you will:
- Confidently handle customer interactions related to banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) concerns with accuracy and professionalism
- Navigate systems efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong listening and communication skills to resolve customer concerns effectively
- Consistently meet quality and productivity benchmarks set by the team
By 90 Days, You Will
- Independently manage customer concerns with minimal supervision
- Maintain strong performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, QA scores)
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate support to customers regarding financial account concerns
- Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution
- Use available tools and resources to investigate and resolve customer concerns effectively
- Communicate clearly and professionally across all customer touchpoints
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards
What Were Looking For
- With 612 months of call center experience
- High School / Senior High School graduate
- B2 English communication level
- Willing to work onsite in Vertis North
- Comfortable working on a shifting schedule
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
