Job Description:

• Assist customers, clients, or internal stakeholders with inquiries involving banking, lending, mortgage, accounting, or financial services processes.
• Perform account research, data verification, reconciliation, and documentation in accordance with established procedures and compliance requirements.
• Manage cases, requests, or transactions through various systems while ensuring timely resolution and service excellence.
• Identify discrepancies, escalate complex issues when necessary, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and customer service while working in a fast-paced financial operations environment.

Who Thrives Here:

• At least SHS graduate
• Required experience: Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Preferred backgrounds: Candidates with experience in:

• Financial Services
• Retail Banking
• Accounting / Bookkeeping
• Lending
• Mortgage Processing
• Financial Operations
• Other closely related financial fields
• BPO experience is not mandatory. Relevant non-BPO experience within the above industries can be considered.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules in Taguig
