Banking Finance Consultant (CASA + Flexcube)

We are currently looking for an experienced Banking Finance Consultant with deep expertise in CASA and General Ledger (GL) flows to join a strategic banking transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and validate CASA and GL flows across core banking, lending, and trade finance platforms.
• Ensure accounting integrity, reconciliation accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Define and document end-to-end CASA workflows.
• Assess and clarify responsibilities between GBASE and Flexcube platforms.
• Support fit-gap analysis and solution assessment activities.
• Prepare and review Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional documentation.
• Collaborate with business, finance, operations, and technology stakeholders.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of experience in Banking Finance.
• Strong exposure to Core Banking Applications (preferably GBASE, Flexcube, or similar platforms).
• Solid understanding of CASA operations, GL accounting, lending, and trade finance processes.
• Experience in banking transformation, process design, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills.
