Job Title:
Banking, Finance & Accounting OperationsJob Description
We are looking for professionals with experience in Banking, Finance, and Accounting to support core financial and operational processes.Key Responsibilities:
- Processfinance, accounting, or banking-related transactions
- Prepare reports, reconciliations, journal entries, and documentation
- Support month-end closing, audit, compliance, and financial analysis
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and controls
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy,Finance, Banking, Business, or related field
- Experience in banking,finance, accounting, shared services, or BPO is preferred
- Knowledge of AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, reporting, or banking operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel ERP knowledge is an advantage
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
