Role Description

The Bank Teller role at PNB is a full-time, on-site position based in Aklan. The Bank Teller is responsible for processing deposits, withdrawals, and other teller transactions accurately and efficiently, while adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include handling cash, balancing the cash drawer, verifying customer information, and ensuring the security of transactions. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries, providing information on bank products and services, and delivering a courteous, professional experience to every client. The Bank Teller collaborates with branch colleagues to support branch operations and contribute to a positive customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

Strong teller operations knowledge, including transaction processing and basic banking procedures.

Experience handling deposits and other account-related transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.

Proficient cash handling skills, including balancing cash drawers and detecting possible discrepancies.

Effective communication skills for interacting clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.

Customer service skills to provide courteous assistance, manage inquiries, and resolve concerns.

Completion of relevant tertiary education in banking, finance, business, or a related field is an advantage.

Integrity, reliability, and adherence to regulatory and security standards in all transactions.

Willing to be assigned anywhere in Panay

The successful candidate will be assigned to Boracay and Caticlan.
