Bank Security Officer

The position is primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day security operations of the bank. The position is also responsible for conducting risk, threat, and vulnerability assessment (RTVA) to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversees security operations, including policy implementation, planning, and continuous improvement.
• Conducts risk, threat, and vulnerability assessments and leads incident response and investigations.
• Coordinates with law enforcement and intelligence agencies for security support and information gathering.
• Manages and evaluates security personnel through training, inspections, and performance monitoring.
• Ensures protection of confidential information, regulatory compliance, and overall organizational security readiness.
  
  

Job Qualifications

• College Graduate and preferably Criminology, Political Science or any related course on Law Enforcement.
• Preferably an Ex-Military, Policemen or from Law Enforcement Agencies.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Bank Security Officer or Corporate Security Leader.
• Experience managing security operations across multiple branch locations and coordinating with regional security service providers.
• With good understanding of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) security regulations and requirements for financial institutions.
• Certified Security Professional (CSP) or equivalent security-related certification.
• Can Drive 4-Wheel and 2-Wheel Vehicle.
• Willing to do field work.
