DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees completion of bank reconciliation and closing activities of the team.
- Review of bank reconciliation reports prepared by each team.
- Prepares consolidated bank reconciliation report.
- Monitors resolution of URC and other identified bank reconciliation issues.
- Manages automation initiatives of the team.
- Approval of CRA for URC refund (depending on threshold).
- Review of DONA.
- Assessment/management of clean-up initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
- With more than four (4) years of experience in Bank Reconciliation General Accounting.
- Demonstrates excellent proficiency in utilizing Excel formulas. Knowledge in SAP is an advantage.
- Amenable to work in Pasay City.
