Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO / Accounts Payable Analyst to support end-to-end AP operations, invoice processing, reconciliations, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with SAP/Oracle ERP, AP open items, GR/IR accounts, accruals, and month-end support.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and post vendor invoices accurately in SAP/Oracle.
- Handle AP reconciliations, open item clearing, and aging analysis.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment exceptions, and vendor queries.
- Perform GR/IR, accrual, direct debit, and AP account reconciliations.
- Support month-end closing and AP reporting activities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable or SAP FICO experience.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and/or Oracle ERP.
- Strong knowledge of AP processes, invoice posting, reconciliations, and month-end activities.
- Experience handling open items, GR/IR accounts, accruals, and vendor balances.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
