We are looking for a BSAR Analyst to support a global finance project involving Balance Sheet GL reconciliation, open-item clearing, and settlement across North America and APAC entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Balance Sheet and General Ledger (GL) reconciliations and clear aged/open items.
- Perform hands-on General Ledger accounting activities within SAP.
- Investigate and resolve outstanding reconciliation issues.
- Support ERP/non-ERP clearance and settlement activities.
- Work with SAP FICO experts and global finance teams.
- Maintain accurate reconciliation documentation and weekly KPI reports.
- Support timely resolution and clearance of aged/open GL items across global entities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience in General Ledger (GL) accounting within SAP.
- 1–2 years or more of relevant SAP GL/FICO experience required.
- Experience in Balance Sheet Reconciliation, GL Reconciliation, or Account Reconciliation.
- Knowledge of open-item clearing and settlement is preferred.
- Strong understanding of SAP FI/GL or SAP FICO processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems and financial accounting processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with global finance teams across North America and APAC.
- Willingness to work in BGC, Taguig Location.
