Bank Internal Auditor

This Bank Internal Auditor role at WELCOME BANK (RURAL BANK), INC. offers a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving financial institution. In this full-time position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, you will conduct internal audits that provides strategic support to the finance team.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the bank's operations adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies

What you'll be doing as an Internal Auditor :

• Performing audits on operations and internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance;

• Preparing comprehensive audit reports with actionable recommendations;

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and address areas for improvement;

• Assists/support in the development and/or enhancement and implementation of audit policies and procedures;

• Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting and standards and industry regulations;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field;

• At least 1 year of experience in external auditing, preferably within the banking or financial services industry and experience in a compliance or risk management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry;

• Strong understanding of audit principles, methodologies, and compliance requirements;

• Proficiency in data analysis, risk assessment, and report writing;
