Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with banking policies
Lead and manage branch staff to meet performance targets
Develop local marketing strategies and build client relationships
Monitor financial transactions, loan processing, and customer service quality
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in banking or financial services, with leadership exposure
Strong knowledge of branch operations, credit evaluation, and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication, decision-making, and team management skills
Salary Range: 35,00040,000
Schedule: MondaysFridays, 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM
