Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Bancassurance Specialist located in Calamba. The Bancassurance Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to selling insurance products through bank channels, providing financial advice to clients, and developing strong relationships with bank partners.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of insurance products and financial planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience in bancassurance or insurance sales
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Insurance certifications/licenses are a plus
• Fluency in both English and Filipino languages
