A skilled and detail-oriented Baker to join our Plant team. The Baker will be responsible for large-scale preparation and production of baked goods while ensuring consistency, quality, food safety, and operational efficiency.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Operate commercial baking equipment and production machinery safely and efficiently
- Ensure consistency, quality, and freshness of all baked products produced in the commissary/plant
- Follow daily production schedules and meet required output targets
- Monitor ingredient usage and assist in inventory control and stock rotation
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the production area and equipment
- Comply with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations at all times
