Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle employee relations cases, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Advise leaders on employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and labor law compliance.
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies and HR procedures.
  • Conduct case documentation, hearings, and administrative processes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Analyze employee relations trends and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support performance management and organizational change initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience, with a focus on Employee Relations or HR Business Partnering.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee discipline, and grievance handling.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining confidentiality.
