Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations
  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies and workplace issues
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Support performance management and conflict resolution
  • Conduct and document workplace investigations
  • Identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
  • 3–5+ years of HR or Employee Relations experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience handling investigations and disciplinary cases
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive matters
