Backend Software Engineer (Mid-Level)

We are looking for a Software Engineer (Backend) to design, develop, and maintain scalable software systems. You will work with technologies including Go (Golang), Kafka, Kubernetes, Redis, and PostgreSQL, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and high-quality backend solutions.

This role is suited for a backend developer with strong programming fundamentals and hands-on experience working with modern backend technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions.
• Develop and enhance backend features using Go (Golang) and Kafka.
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical decisions related to application security.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and implementation of Kubernetes (K8s) deployments.
• Optimize Redis for caching and data storage.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas and queries.
• Apply advanced programming principles and design patterns appropriately.
• Contribute to systems designed for high scalability and availability.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Participate in technical discussions, code improvements, and other development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Go (Golang) and Kafka.
• Strong understanding of advanced programming principles and design patterns.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes (K8s) and container orchestration.
• Experience working with Redis and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with highly scalable and highly available systems is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
