We're building AI agents that do the real work of enterprise SAP development—writing code, driving live SAP systems, and generating deliverables that today take consultants months. Leading global consulting firms want it now, and we're in active conversations with Fortune 100 enterprises.

We're hiring Backend Engineers based in the Philippines to join a small, fast-moving product team. One of our founders built and scaled Coding Dojo, one of the most successful U.S. coding bootcamps (later acquired); his co-founders helped grow it.

What you'll do:

• Build features end-to-end: schema changes, Go APIs, React/TypeScript UI, and tests
• Debug issues across the full stack, from UI symptoms down to SQL queries
• Participate in code reviews
• Work with AI coding tools daily as part of the standard workflow

What we're looking for:

• Fluency with AI coding tools, alongside the judgment to verify their output
• Solid fundamentals in system architecture (request flows, data modeling, state management, performance, and security)
• Proficiency in at least one modern backend language and one typed frontend framework
• Working knowledge of SQL (joins, indexes, and query execution)
• Solid Git skills and strong debugging practices
• Clear written communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with Go or React/TypeScript in production or a substantial side project
• Exposure to Docker, Azure, or CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) or data engineering
