Job Description

Location: Philippines – Salcedo, MAKATI

Work Schedule: Hybrid (3x onsite, 2x WFH/week)

Type of Employment: Contractual (6 month-initial contract, possible absorption/extension depending on performance)

Salary: 60K - 110K

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of software development experience.
MUST have experience in Java and projects related to healthcare or insurance.
Exposure to SQL/PLSQL, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, Git or similar technologies.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, JavaScript..)
Experience integrating Oracle products with Oracle Fusion, OHI, portals, and other enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications
Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Review code and mentor junior and mid-level developers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Identify performance bottlenecks and improve system reliability and scalability
Ensure best practices in security, testing, and CI/CD pipelines
Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives
