Position Title: Backend Developer

Schedule: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PHT
Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark, Pampanga
Quick Rundown:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Backend Developer with programming and database experience, strong knowledge, and experience in server installation, configuration, and performance tuning. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for clean code, maximum performance of code implementation, and production environment.
What You'll Do:
- Install and configure the application deployment environment
- Functions implementation and optimization
- Application deployment environment performance tuning
- Troubleshoot, debug, and test as needed
- Other duties as required
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong programming experience in API, C#, .NET, and Python
- Experience with MySQL and MongoDB databases
- Solid understanding of Git and version control tools (e.g., GitHub)
- Experience with Linux server setup, as well as Apache and Nginx web server installation and configuration
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Good technical communication
