Your Role:
As a Back Office Technician, you will:
- Process and deliver roof and wall orders efficiently and accurately
- Meet daily performance targets and track individual progress
- Utilize required software and tools effectively
- Ensure quality standards are met for all assigned tasks
- Communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors
What You Need:
Non-negotiables:
- Good English communication skills is a must (B1 and above will be considered). Both verbal and written
- Availability to work on site in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required bachelor's degree preferred
- Good computer skills - easy navigation between different systems, saving files, and loading files
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and time management skills
