Position: Backend Developer – Loyalty Platform
- Location: Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig
- Schedule: Dayshift
- Work Arrangement: Onsite, 4–5 days per week
- Salary: Up to PHP 60,000, depending on experience and qualifications
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Backend Developer to support the technical development and integration of the company's loyalty platform. This role will focus on backend systems, API integrations, and the seamless implementation of loyalty features across web and mobile channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services supporting the loyalty program.
- Manage system integrations and ensure seamless connectivity across platforms.
- Implement and integrate loyalty program functionalities into:
- Company website
- Mobile applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth technical delivery of loyalty initiatives.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance backend performance to support a growing customer base.
Preferred Background:
- Strong experience in backend development and system integrations.
- Required: Experience developing or supporting mobile applications.
- Highly Preferred: Experience working on loyalty, rewards, membership, or customer engagement platforms.
- Familiarity with scalable architectures, APIs, and modern development practices.
