Job Description

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 35 years of experience in business development, partnership management, sales, account management, or channel development.
  • Experience in the automotive, motorcycle, e-bike, retail, consumer products, mobility, or technology industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing partnerships, dealer networks, affiliates, influencers, resellers, or strategic collaborations.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales, partnership, or business growth targets

Job Requirements

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and growth objectives.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the B2C sales team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Establish sales goals, quotas, and performance standards for team members.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales personnel to improve productivity and effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
