As a B2C Collections Officer, you'll work with customers to resolve overdue accounts through empathetic, solutions-focused collections strategies that protect both financial well-being and business performance. Shift: Night Shift, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM EST (Training), Consecutive Off

Work Setup: Permanent Work From Home

Salary: PHP 45,000 + Up to PHP 20,000 Monthly Incentives

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Minimum of 3 years of B2C or consumer collections experience within lending, financial services, debt recovery, or related industries, and must currently be in or have most recently held a collections role, with no more than a three-month employment gap
  • At least one year of remote work experience
  • Proven experience handling 90+ days delinquent accounts within a BPO environment
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Professional communication skills across phone, email, and chat channels
  • Background in debt collection, consumer lending, or personal finance
  • Exposure to underwriting, financial statements, or payroll processes is an advantage
  • Proficiency in CRM and call center systems with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound judgment with a customer-focused approach
  • Reliable internet connection and a laptop for the interview process

Your Daily Tasks

  • Manage delinquent accounts through strategic outbound and inbound communications
  • Diagnose the root causes of non-payment and develop viable repayment solutions
  • Negotiate payment plans or full settlements aligned with business objectives
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within CRM systems
  • Educate customers on repayment options and financial implications
  • Resolve payment-related inquiries independently and efficiently
  • Prioritize and organize follow-up activities to maximize recovery outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics for recovery and service quality
  • Deliver professional, solutions-driven customer interactions that enhance the customer experience
