Job Overview

We are looking for a B2C Audience Insights Marketing Manager to lead customer journey planning and performance across consumer (B2C) and provider (B2P) audiences. This role will focus on driving strategy, improving customer experience, and delivering data-driven insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end B2C and B2P customer journeys, including performance tracking and strategic planning
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and quickly resolve issues
  • Prioritize initiatives, manage forecasts, and ensure projects align with business transformation goals
  • Lead resource planning and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute initiatives effectively
  • Monitor budgets and analyze demand to support informed decision-making
  • Prepare and present business reviews (monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc) with clear insights and recommendations
  • Track progress against plans and provide updates, including risks, improvements, and next steps

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a strategic role (healthcare, outsourcing or offshoring, financial services, or consumer goods preferred)
  • Strong skills in strategic planning and cross-functional leadership
  • Experience managing resources and executing operational plans
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with key performance metrics such as NPS and customer satisfaction
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to work with senior leaders and influence decision-making
  • Experience tracking and achieving measurable goals (e.g., ROI, financial targets)
  • Skilled in creating clear and impactful reports and presentations
