Job Description
We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven B2B Outbound Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Makati City. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective business clients.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling and prospecting activities.
- Identify customer needs and present products or services that provide business solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of BPO outbound sales experience, preferably in B2B sales, lead generation, appointment setting, telesales, or business development.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
- Amenable to working night shift.
- Can start immediately.
