About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, research-driven B2B Sales Representative / Business Development Specialist to help us build our U.S. sales pipeline.
This is not a mass cold-email role. You will research target accounts, identify decision makers, understand possible warehouse pain points, personalize outreach, qualify opportunities, and schedule high-quality meetings.
Schedule: Part-time, flexible with required U.S. business-hour overlap for calls and meetings
Responsibilities
- Research target companies, build lead lists, and find decision makers.
- Identify possible pain points related to picking, sorting, packing, labor, throughput, space, scalability, or manual processes.
- Create personalized outreach messages and call scripts for email, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Make calls during U.S. business hours, follow up with prospects, and build relationships.
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings, calls, or onsite walkthroughs for the Robotech Pros team.
- Prepare short company briefs before meetings and track prospects, outreach, replies, follow-ups, meeting status, and next steps.
- Share updates on outreach results, prospect feedback, objections, market insights, and what messaging is working.
- Help improve our sales process, target customer profile, outreach strategy, qualification criteria, and follow-up system over time.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, outbound sales, appointment setting, or lead generation, preferably in supply chain or industrial automation.
- Strong spoken and written English
- Experience working with U.S. clients or businesses
- Comfortable with research-based outreach, calls, follow-ups, and CRM/spreadsheet tracking
- Organized, proactive, strategic, and able to work independently
Nice to Have
- Experience selling or prospecting to warehouses, 3PLs, fulfillment centers, logistics companies, manufacturers, industrial companies, or operations teams
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold email, CRM tools, or lead research tools
Compensation
Part-time base pay plus performance incentives.
Growth Opportunity
This role starts part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time business development, sales, or sales management role as the company grows.
