Job Description

Position: B2B Sales Representative / Business Development Specialist.

Number of hours: 40 hours/week

Schedule: EST

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities globally.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation to retail resellers, wholesalers, and independent online stores/websites.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing reseller accounts.
  • Research and target businesses capable of purchasing large product quantities and bulk orders.
  • Present products and services confidently to business clients and decision-makers.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing high-value deals.
  • Identify and approach potential Amazon, Walmart, internet resellers, and independent retail partners.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
  • Handle high-value transactions and large MOQs.
  • Secure reseller partnerships that drive significant revenue growth and long-term business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth initiatives.

Qualifications


  • Proven experience in B2B sales, reseller outreach, and account management.
  • Must have experience or exposure to high-end/luxury beauty brands, including skincare, haircare, fragrances, or cosmetics.
  • Strong background in global prospecting, lead generation, and reseller acquisition.
  • Experience working with independent online stores, retail resellers, wholesalers, and internet retailers.
  • Marketplace-only experience is less preferred; direct reseller and independent store partnership experience is highly valued.
  • Comfortable handling high-value transactions and bulk order negotiations.
  • Strong research and relationship-building skills with the ability to identify high-revenue opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven with strong closing and follow-up abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities effectively.
  • Strong organizational and CRM management skills.
  • Experience approaching or working with Amazon, Walmart, and other internet resellers is an advantage.
