B2B SALES & PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER

Work Setup: Hybrid

Location: Pasig / Metro Manila

Start Date: ASAP (January priority)

About the Role

We're looking for a B2B Sales & Partnerships Manager who can lead a sales team and drive real revenue growth. This is not an individual contributor role. This role is for someone who has managed B2B sales reps, closed partnerships, and owned sales numbers.

You will grow B2B revenue through:

  • Strategic partnerships
  • Large brand / key accounts
  • High-volume smaller deals handled by your sales team

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and manage B2B Sales Representatives
  • Close B2B deals and partnerships
  • Handle negotiations with decision-makers
  • Build and improve sales scripts, pipelines, and playbooks
  • Coach sales reps on objection handling and customer needs
  • Track sales performance, targets, and revenue growth
  • Own results not just activity

Required Experience (Important)

You must have hands-on experience in:

  • Managing and leading a B2B sales team
  • Closing B2B deals and partnerships
  • Growing sales numbers (and explaining how you did it)
  • Handling both large accounts and multiple smaller clients
  • Coaching sales reps to improve performance

Candidates with only individual sales experience will not be considered.

(Experience with MLM or network-based sales is a plus, not required.)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: 30,000 70,000 (depending on experience)
