Job Description
About ScreenJournal AI
ScreenJournal AI records employees screens throughout the workday and uses AI to:
1. Create a detailed timeline of exactly what each employee did and how long it took.
2. Automatically identify tasks and workflows that could be automated.
It goes beyond traditional time trackers by analysing the work itself, and beyond manually prompted AI tools by identifying automation opportunities throughout the workday.
About the role
We're hiring a B2B sales representative with experience selling software for time tracking, workforce analytics, employee productivity, or work visibility. You'll use your knowledge of these products and their buyers to introduce ScreenJournal AI to prospective customers, run discovery calls and demos, and build a qualified pipeline.
You'll work directly with our team on prospecting, customer conversations, and improving our sales approach.
What you'll do
- Build and qualify a pipeline of prospective business customers.
- Reach decision-makers through outbound outreach, referrals, and inbound follow-up.
- Run discovery calls to understand how teams manage time, work visibility, and workflows.
- Demonstrate ScreenJournal AI and explain how it fits customers needs.
- Follow up on opportunities, maintain accurate CRM records, and help move deals toward a decision.
- Share customer questions, objections, and market feedback with the team.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably selling time-tracking, workforce analytics, employee productivity, or work-visibility software. Experience with products such as Time Doctor, wAnywhere, ActivTrak, or Hubstaff is a plus.
- Familiarity with the buyers and sales process in this category.
- A track record of prospecting, qualifying leads, and progressing sales opportunities.
- Strong communication, discovery, presentation, and follow-up skills.
- Comfort explaining software clearly to business decision-makers.
- Organized pipeline and CRM management.
