Cartrack is looking for a driven B2B Sales Hunter to grow our business across Metro Manila. This is a new business-focused sales role where you'll build your own pipeline, engage decision-makers and turn prospects into customers.

What You'll Do

• Identify and acquire new B2B customers
• Generate your own leads through cold calling, prospecting, networking and social media
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline
• Meet decision-makers and understand their business needs
• Present Cartrack's solutions and tailor them to customer requirements
• Negotiate and close new business
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and sales forecasts
• Travel across Makati and nearby Metro Manila areas for client meetings

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of B2B sales/ new business development experience
• Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting and customer acquisition
• A genuine hunter mentality and strong target achievement
• Comfortable with cold calling and approaching new customers
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, resilient and commercially driven
• Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced sales environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
