We're looking for a B2B Marketing & Outreach Specialist to support one of our clients, a Berlin-based consultant in the energy sector.
Compensation:
PHP 23,000/month 4 hours/day 20 hours/week
PHP 1,000/month internet allowance
PHP 1,000/month perfect attendance incentive
What you'll do:
Research and build qualified lead lists (200 contacts in your first 30 days) targeting utilities, contractors, and engineering firms globally quality over quantity
Execute LinkedIn outreach (connection requests, engagement, direct messaging) via the client's account
Run email outreach sequences via a dedicated Google Workspace account
Nurture leads, manage follow-ups, and set appointments for qualified prospects
Clean up, consolidate, and maintain the client's CRM (NetHunt) categorize mailing lists, manage duplicates, and propose workflow improvements
Develop and present a clear marketing strategy and process document within your first 30 days
Track outreach metrics and report on pipeline activity
Perform editorial updates on the client's Wix website; format and publish blog posts
Support webinar organization registration setup, promotion, reminders, and post-event follow-up
Distribute newsletters for YouTube video notifications and webinar invitations
What we're looking for:
3+ years in B2B marketing or growth
CRM experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive, NetHunt, or similar)
LinkedIn outreach proficiency
Comfortable with AI tools, Google Workspace, Wix, and email marketing platforms
Strong written English
Self-starter with attention to detail
