Work Setup: Onsite with some work-from-home days

Role Overview

The B2B Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for building and leading CloudConsole's marketing function, with a strong focus on qualified lead generation, digital acquisition, conversion optimization, and pipeline growth. This role will develop and execute marketing strategies that directly contribute to business development objectives, ensuring marketing efforts generate measurable results and support revenue growth.

The position requires a hands-on marketing leader who can translate business goals into actionable campaigns, manage a small internal team and external partners, and continuously improve marketing performance across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B growth marketing strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Drive qualified lead generation through SEO, PPC, email marketing, website optimization, referral programs, and other digital channels
  • Build and optimize lead generation funnels, landing pages, lead capture mechanisms, and nurturing workflows
  • Work closely with Sales to define lead qualification criteria and improve lead handoff processes
  • Manage and optimize website conversion rates and overall digital customer journey
  • Oversee SEO initiatives including technical SEO, content strategy, keyword research, local SEO, and organic growth programs
  • Lead PPC strategy and performance management across Google Ads and other relevant platforms
  • Manage GoHighLevel and other marketing technology platforms to improve automation, reporting, and lead management
  • Utilize AI tools to improve campaign execution, content creation, research, reporting, and operational efficiency
  • Lead, mentor, and manage internal marketing team members and external agencies or freelancers
  • Establish clear priorities, performance expectations, and accountability within the marketing team
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve results
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards for lead generation, conversion rates, campaign effectiveness, and marketing ROI
  • Continuously test, evaluate, and improve marketing campaigns, messaging, offers, and conversion strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in B2B digital marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing
  • Demonstrated success generating qualified leads through digital channels
  • Strong hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, landing pages, email marketing, and conversion optimization
  • Experience managing marketing teams, agencies, or freelancers
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and lead management platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and conversion data
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to work onsite in Makati with occasional work-from-home arrangements

Preferably But Not Required

  • Experience in IT services, managed services, cybersecurity, cloud services, telecom, SaaS, BPO, or other technical B2B industries
  • Experience with GoHighLevel
  • Experience building or rebuilding a marketing function
  • Experience working closely with sales and business development teams
  • Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, WordPress, and marketing dashboards
  • Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and automation platforms to improve marketing performance
