ROLE OVERVIEW

You will ensure smooth operations linked to enrollment, assisting in application reviews, and maintaining crucial communication calendars. Your role requires meticulous attention to customer needs, handling application funnels, and utilizing your problem-solving skills to manage corporate accounts and enterprise clients effectively.

• Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a B2B setting.
• Expertise in handling corporate accounts and engaging in cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

SUPPORTING B2B ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Your role will involve crucial support in managing client documents and coordinating enrollment processes.

• Draft and process client-facing documents for visa applications, invoices, and pre-summer forms.
• Collaborate with the finance team to adjust and reconcile invoices.

ADMISSIONS AND APPLICATION REVIEW

Enhance the Admissions team's operation by facilitating the student application process.

• Assist in assessing English Language Proficiency requirements, including conducting video interviews.
• Manage application and enrollment documentation, ensuring all eligibility documents are obtained.

MANAGEMENT OF COMMUNICATION AND EVENTS

Take charge of the B2B outreach calendar and coordinate communications efficiently.

• Maintain and update communication schedules for referral providers and scholarship logistics.
• Coordinate the planning and execution of B2B2C events and manage lead entry from various sources.
