Job Description

Peak Outsourcing is hiring a B2B Content Writer to create high-quality content that generates leads, strengthens our brand, and educates business buyers across multiple industries. This role is global, but candidates must be fluent English writers and able to work U.S. hours.

What You'll Do

  • Write and edit content across web pages, landing pages, emails (marketing, ABM, nurture), social posts, PPC ads, one-pagers, case studies, slide decks, and RFP responses.
  • Research industry topics and conduct SME interviews to create accurate, engaging content.
  • Support demand generation, ABM, and sales enablement with consistent, high-impact messaging.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Peak's brand voice, positioning, and campaign goals.
  • Manage multiple writing projects with strong organization and deadlines.

What We're Looking For

  • 25 years of B2B writing experience (agency, in-house, or freelance).
  • Portfolio required showcasing strong writing across formats.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics and adapt tone for different audiences.
  • Experience writing emails, web content, sales collateral, and social/PPC copy.
  • Strong research skills and comfort interviewing SMEs.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with BPO, customer experience (CX), or professional services content.
  • SEO knowledge and experience with keyword tools.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress, or other CMS/automation platforms.
