Role Overview:
This is a hybrid focused on:
- 40% B2B Relationship & Business Development
- 35% Outbound Lead Generation & Appointment Setting
- 25% CRM Management & Systems Integration
Your main focus will be high-volume B2B outbound calling — building referral partnerships and setting qualified appointments, while helping organize and improve the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Build and maintain long-term referral partnerships
- Develop relationships with key industry players
- Support email and SMS outreach campaigns
- Hand off warm leads with clear notes and context
Outbound Lead Generation & Appointment Setting:
- Conduct high-volume cold calling using dialer systems
- Reach out to plumbing companies, real estate agents, and property managers
- Build rapport with decision-makers and qualify prospects
- Book and confirm qualified appointments for the sales team
- Follow up consistently across multiple touchpoints
CRM & Systems Integration:
- Manage and update CRM (GoHighLevel / Houzz)
- Track KPIs: calls, leads, appointments
- Identify workflow improvements and suggest automations
- Organize pipeline across marketing, sales, and operations
- Use Property Radar to build and manage prospect lists
- Collaborate with the marketing team on data accuracy
What We're Looking For:
- Proven B2B cold calling experience (dialer systems)
- Strong English communication skills (US market)
- Experience in appointment setting & lead generation
- Ability to build long-term business relationships
- Hands-on experience with CRMs (GoHighLevel or HubSpot)
- Highly organized and disciplined with outbound activity
- Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision
- Familiar with AI tools and open to using them
- Basic knowledge of construction, restoration, or remodeling industries
Bonus / Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in home services, insurance, or real estate
- GoHighLevel automations/workflows experience
- Familiarity with Property Radar or similar tools
- Experience supporting US-based clients
