This role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-grade integrations across SPC Global's application landscape, enabling seamless data flow between Dynamics 365, co-manufacturers, eCommerce platforms, and third-party systems.
The role is critical to supporting post-merger integration (e.g. OJC), operational efficiency, and scalable digital architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Architecture & Delivery
- Design and implement scalable integration solutions using:
- Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management)
- Azure Functions
- Event-driven architectures
- Develop secure and reusable APIs for internal and external partners
- Lead integration design for:
- Dynamics 365 F&O
- Co-manufacturing partners
- EDI / MES / telemetry systems
- Shopify / eCommerce platforms
Post-Merger Integration (Critical)
- Deliver integration capability for newly acquired businesses (e.g. Original Juice Co)
- Establish standardised integration patterns and templates
- Enable rapid onboarding of new entities into SPC Global ecosystem
Data & Process Automation
- Automate manual processes through integration workflows
- Ensure real-time or near-real-time data synchronisation
- Support demand-led operations via integrated data flows
Governance, Security & Reliability
- Ensure integrations meet cybersecurity and data governance standards
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks
- Maintain high availability and performance of integration services
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with:
- Finance (ERP integration requirements)
- Operations / Manufacturing (MES, co-man)
- External vendors and MSPs
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Key Deliverables (First 6–12 Months)
- Integration of OJC into SPC Global ecosystem
- Establishment of enterprise integration framework
- Reduction of manual data handling across supply chain
- API layer for external partners and co-manufacturers
Skills & Experience
Education & Qualifications (Minimum Requirements)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- Alternatively, equivalent industry experience (5+ years) in lieu of formal qualifications
- Microsoft certifications relevant to role, such as:
- Azure Developer Associate / Azure Solutions Architect
Technical
- Strong experience with:
- Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management)
- REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Azure Functions / serverless compute
- Experience integrating:
- ERP systems (preferably Dynamics 365)
- EDI / supply chain systems
- Strong understanding of:
- Data formats (JSON, XML)
- Event-driven and message-based systems
Desirable
- Experience in FMCG / manufacturing environments
- Exposure to Dynamics 365 F&O integrations
- Experience with Shopify or eCommerce platforms
