The Role
We are seeking an experienced Azure Integration Lead to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-grade integration and networking solutions within Microsoft Azure. This role will serve as the technical lead for Azure connectivity, application integration, and network architecture initiatives, ensuring secure, scalable, and highly available cloud environments.
The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in Azure networking technologies, including Azure Virtual WAN (vWAN), Azure Application Gateway, Azure API Management (APIM), Azure App Services, and hybrid connectivity solutions. The role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities, architectural leadership, and collaboration across cloud, security, infrastructure, and DevOps teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Azure networking solutions with strong expertise in Azure Virtual WAN (vWAN) architecture and connectivity.
- Configure and troubleshoot Azure routing, including route tables, propagation, and hybrid connectivity scenarios.
- Deploy and manage Azure Application Gateway, ensuring secure and optimized application traffic flow.
- Implement and support Azure API Management (APIM) networking configurations and integrations.
- Manage Azure App Service networking, including service endpoints, private endpoints, and route propagation behavior.
- Analyze and resolve network routing impacts across VNets, vWAN hubs, and application services.
- Collaborate with cloud, security, and DevOps teams to ensure scalable and secure network architecture.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Azure network performance, availability, and connectivity issues
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred
- At least 3-5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, networking, or integration engineering.
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure networking services.
- Proven experience designing and implementing Azure Virtual WAN (vWAN) architectures.
- Strong experience supporting enterprise hybrid cloud environments.
- Experience managing large-scale Azure networking and connectivity solutions.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Bicep, and / or ARM Templates
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with container networking and Kubernetes environments.
- Knowledge of multi-cloud networking architectures.
- Experience working in regulated or enterprise-scale environments.
