Required Skills & Experience

Expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, C#.

Strong hands-on experience with:

o Azure API Management

o Azure Functions

o Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, Logic Apps

o REST & SOAP integrations

Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL.

Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud-native design.

API documentation using Swagger / OpenAPI.

Testing frameworks such as xUnit / NUnit.

DevOps & Tools

Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans)

Git (GitHub / GitLab)

Postman, Visual Studio, VS Code

Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, KQL

Certifications

Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate

Domain Experience (Highly Desirable)

Healthcare systems and government integrations

Energy, utilities, or regulated enterprise environments

Integration with external agencies and third-party platforms
