Details:

  • Azure App Registration & Enterprise Application Support
    Maintain and troubleshoot Azure AD App Registrations, Enterprise Applications, and Service Principals. Assist in configuring permissions, consent models, and managed identities.
  • Conditional Access Policy Support
    Monitor and support Conditional Access policies. Assist in resolving access issues, analyzing sign-in logs, and documenting policy impacts.
  • Azure AD Application Proxy
    Operate and maintain Azure AD Application Proxy connectors to enable secure remote access to on-premises applications.
  • Authentication Flow Troubleshooting
    Assist in troubleshooting authentication flows including SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect. Analyze Access Tokens, ID Tokens, and identify root causes of authentication failures.
  • Test Environment Setup
    Support the setup of test environments to validate authentication flows and diagnose identity-related issues.
  • Protocol-Level Issue Resolution
    Act as a Tier 2/3 escalation point for identity-related incidents. Document resolution steps and contribute to knowledge bases.
  • Scripting & Automation
    Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell or Python to automate routine identity operations and improve efficiency.
  • Documentation & Runbooks
    Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support team knowledge sharing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Work with security, network, and application teams to resolve identity issues and support project initiatives.
Job Requirements
Details:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of IT experience, with at least3+ years focused on Azure AD/Entra ID identity and access management
  • Experience managing App Registrations, Enterprise Applications, and Service Principals
  • Hands-on experience supporting Conditional Access policies (MFA, device compliance, risk-based access)
  • Experience maintaining Application Proxy connectors and troubleshooting connectivity
  • Understanding of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and Bearer Tokens
  • Ability to troubleshoot authentication issues using sign-in logs and tools like Postman
  • Basic proficiency inPowerShell or Pythonfor automation
  • Experience deploying and maintaining Azure AD App Proxy connectors
  • Understanding of ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management)
  • Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104, SC-300, AZ-500)
  • Experience in global/multinational environments
  • Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal.
