L'EVATE Inc. is hiring on behalf of a leading Canadian FINTECH company that's modernizing how people experience financial technology. We're looking for a high-impact Azure DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience who's ready to own automation, CI/CD, and Azure cloud infrastructure — all while working 100% remotely from the Philippines.
This isn't just another DevOps job. You'll be at the heart of a FINTECH scale-up, building pipelines and infrastructure that keep apps fast, secure, and reliable.
What You'll Do
- Design & Own CI/CD Pipelines – Build end-to-end pipelines in Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions for automated builds, tests, and deployments
- Automate Infrastructure – Use Bicep, ARM, or Terraform to provision and manage Azure services (App Services, AKS, Functions, Key Vaults, SQL, and more)
- Bake in Security – Integrate secrets management, scanning, and compliance (ISO/SOC2/OWASP) into every pipeline
- Monitor Everything – Set up Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics to keep systems healthy
- Collaborate in Agile Teams – Partner with devs, QA, and product managers to ship reliable releases fast
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in Azure-focused DevOps roles
- Strong hands-on with Azure DevOps & YAML pipelines
- IaC skills with Bicep, Terraform, ARM templates
- Deep knowledge of Azure PaaS: App Services, Functions, AKS, Key Vaults, Azure SQL
- Networking familiarity: DNS, load balancing, VPNs, firewalls
- Scripting with PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Passion for automation + secure DevOps practices
Bonus Points If You Have
- Azure certifications (AZ-400 = big win!)
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
- Observability chops (metrics, tracing, centralized logging)
