We are seeking a skilled Developer with experience in Amazon Connect and Web Services technologies to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize cloud-based solutions using AWS services especially Connect, lex, Lambdaand Bedrock ensuring seamless integration and functionality. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that drive innovation and efficiency.
- Develop and implement scalable cloud-based solutions using Amazon Web Services technologies to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy applications utilizing Amazon RDS, Amazon Transcribe, and Amazon Lex.
- Optimize system performance and reliability by leveraging Amazon CloudWatch for monitoring and diagnostics.
- Integrate Amazon Connect into workflows to enhance customer interaction and communication capabilities.
- Utilize AWS Lambda to create serverless functions that streamline processes and reduce operational overhead.
- Ensure data security and compliance by implementing best practices in AWS environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AWS services to maintain system uptime and performance.
- Provide technical expertise in the development and deployment of solutions using Amazon Transcribe for speech-to-text applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for AWS-based solutions.
- Document processes, workflows, and system configurations to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain operational transparency.
- Stay updated on the latest AWS technologies and trends to continuously improve solutions and processes.
- Conduct testing and validation of AWS-based applications to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Support the team in achieving project milestones and deliverables within the defined timelines.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate proficiency in Amazon RDS for database management and optimization.
- Showcase expertise in Amazon Transcribe for speech-to-text applications and integrations.
- Possess strong knowledge of Amazon CloudWatch for monitoring and diagnostics.
- Exhibit hands-on experience with Amazon Connect for customer interaction workflows.
- Display advanced skills in Amazon Lex for conversational AI and chatbot development.
- Have practical experience with AWS Lambda for serverless computing and automation.
