Job Description:

As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in providing ongoing technical support and maintenance for both production and development systems. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting issues, implementing technology solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of various software products across multiple platforms. You will work collaboratively with team members to address challenges and enhance system performance, contributing to a productive and efficient work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Assist in the maintenance and support of production and development systems.

- Engage in basic and intermediate level troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.

- Implement technology solutions at the operating system level across server and network areas.

- Collaborate with team members to enhance system performance and reliability.

- Document technical processes and solutions for future reference and training.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in AWS Administration.

- Certification: Any AWS Associate Level Certification

- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Server Operating Systems x86, Cloud Infrastructure, Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).

- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and best practices.

- Experience in managing and configuring AWS services such as EC2, S3, and RDS.

- Familiarity with network protocols and security best practices.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in AWS Administration.

- This position is based at our Manila office.

- AWS Associate Level Certification is required.

Must have and Good to have skills: Experience with Server Operating Systems x86, Cloud Infrastructure, Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).

No. of hours per week: 45 hours

Shift Schedule: 7pm to 5am

Work Set up: Hybrid

Number of days in a month or week that needs to be in the office: Required 2x a week
