Job Overview
The AVP for Operations will be responsible for leading operational execution, business performance, and people management across multiple restaurant locations. The role requires a dynamic operations leader with deep expertise in casual dining operations and scalable restaurant systems.
Candidates with experience from established restaurant groups are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee restaurant operations across assigned territories or brands.
- Drive operational excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Ensure achievement of sales and operational targets.
- Monitor branch performance and implement action plans for improvement.
- Lead and develop Operations Managers, Area Managers, and Store Managers.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, food safety, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with support teams for seamless operational execution.
- Support business expansion and new store openings.
- Recommend process improvements to optimize efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 10 years of restaurant operations experience.
- Minimum of 4–5 years managing multi-unit operations.
- Strong background in casual dining or full-service restaurant operations.
- Experience in handling large operations teams and multiple branches.
- Strong leadership, operational, and business management skills.
