Lead the intake and evaluation of automation opportunities within the Finance organization
Assess and prioritize automation initiatives based on business value and strategic alignment
Translate finance processes into scalable automation solutions using existing platforms
Partner with finance stakeholders, IT teams, and automation specialists to drive delivery
Oversee automation implementation timelines and ensure alignment with governance frameworks
Support the development of business cases for automation projects
Identify opportunities to transition low-code tools into more strategic solutions
Contribute to AI-driven initiatives within finance automation

The Successful Applicant

A Successful AVP for Finance Automation

Years of experience with strong exposure to finance systems and automation initiatives
Strong background in management accounting or core finance functions
Proven experience translating business requirements into system or automation solutions
Background in intelligent automation, process automation, or finance transformation
Familiarity with low-code and automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, IPA platforms) is a plus but not required
Strong understanding of finance data flows, systems, and reporting architectures
Experience working with cross-functional teams across finance and technology
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at senior levels
