We are seeking a seasoned leader with 1520 years of experience in digital transformation, automation, corporate strategy, business development, delivery, and partnership management. The ideal candidate will bring domain expertise across Banking & Financial Services, Transportation & Logistics, and Contact Center Operations, with a proven track record of implementing largescale digital transformation programs.
Core Function
- 15-20 years of experience across digital transformation, automation, corporate strategy, business development, delivery & partnership Management
- Domain experience across Banking and Financial Services, Transportation & Logistics, Contact Center Operations
- Proven expertise in implementation of large digital transformation programs across the above-mentioned geos covering Agentic AI, Gen AI/ ML, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), workflows, Customer experience (Cx) layer, Low Code / No Code solutions both on-prem and cloud native etc.
- Full lifecycle management experience from POC to implementation to maintenance & support
- Proven capability of complex program management, leading & influencing multiple cross functional teams to deliver top quality top-line and bottom-line performance for the company
- Engages with Diagnostic/ Pre-Sales team to understand Customer requirements, drives Business Solutions, define technical architectures, and provides effort estimates for proposed Solutions
- Perform investigational analysis and evaluation to determine project or application feasibility.

- 15+ years in Delivery & Project Management role as a part of business organizations primarily Transportation & Logistics, Banking and Financial Services & Contact Center Operations.
- Proven to be Technically savvy and showcase strong business application and solution experience
