Assistant Vice President, Operations Sales & Digital Marketing!
In this role, We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Vice President Operations to lead and manage a high-performing team of 130+ professionals in a BPO environment. The role will focus on delivering exceptional service to a global client in the Sales & Digital Marketing domain, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple teams supporting digital marketing services.
- Ensure delivery of KPIs and SLAs with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and timeliness.
- Drive operational strategies aligned with client goals and organizational objectives.
- Act as a key point of contact for client stakeholders.
- Lead regular business reviews, performance updates, and strategic discussions.
- Proactively identify opportunities for value addition and process optimization.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 150+ associates, team leads, and managers.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Manage workforce planning, hiring, training, and performance management.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leverage automation, analytics, and digital tools to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain people engagement and healthy work environment.
- Monitor and mitigate operational risks.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- experience in BPO operations, with at relevant years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing large teams and client relationships in the digital marketing domain.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, campaign management, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Leadership skills like Strategic Thinking, People Leadership, Client Centricity etc. are a must
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, programmatic platforms, and CRM systems is a plus.
