Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the commercial strategy to deliver revenue, volume, profit and market share targets.
- Integrate RTM, RGM, and Commercial Execution into a unified commercial roadmap aligned with company priorities.
- Drive commercial performance reviews and ensure execution delivers measurable business impact.
- Optimize RTM models across General Trade, Modern Trade, Food Service and On-Premise.
- Strengthen distribution coverage, customer segmentation, service-level performance, and channel development.
- Lead RGM levers: pricing, promotions, pack-price architecture, mix optimization, and trade investment.
- Ensure strong pricing governance and disciplined D&A management.
- Improve channel and customer profitability through analytics-led decision-making.
- Strengthen execution KPIs, dashboards, and performance routines across all channels.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure end-to-end commercial alignment.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams across RTM, RGM, Commercial Insights, Demand Planning and Commercial Execution.
- Champion capability building, process simplification, and continuous improvement across commercial functions.
Qualifications:
- At least 15 years of work experience in commercial strategy, sales growth, and business development (FMCG / beverage / consumer goods preferred).
- At least 7 years in a leadership role with oversight of strategic growth or expansion initiatives.
- Proven track record in market expansion and scaling business units.
- Strong analytical skills — ability to interpret market data and translate into actionable plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with understanding of pricing, distribution strategies, and channel economics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
