Air traffic control communications are some of the most precise, high-stakes exchanges in the world — and we need people who can capture them accurately. We're building AI systems designed to improve aviation safety, and we're looking for detail-oriented transcribers to help us get the data right.

What You'll Do
- Transcribe real-world ATC and pilot audio recordings with high accuracy
- Label speaker roles, callsigns, clearances, and read-backs
- Accurately capture aviation-specific terminology, abbreviations, and standard phraseology
- Follow structured transcription guidelines to meet quality benchmarks
- Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Passionate about or familiar with aviation communications and ATC procedures
- An exceptionally attentive listener with strong focus and patience
- Comfortable working through noisy, fast-paced, or radio-distorted audio
- Detail-oriented and capable of following precise annotation guidelines
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No professional aviation credentials or certifications required
Nice to Have
- Background as a pilot, ATC student, aviation hobbyist, or sim enthusiast
- Familiarity with ICAO or FAA phraseology standards
- Prior transcription or audio annotation experience
