Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Avature SME to support the build, optimize and uplift of Avature Recruitment module and help build Offer Management, Onboarding, and Candidate Portal capabilities as part of a large-scale Offer to Day 1 transformation programme. This role is deeply hands-on and focused on configuration, workflow automation, Junction Integration builder and Portal Builder Apps delivery within Avature.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own end-to-end solution architecture across Recruitment, offer management, onboarding, portals and Agentic AI.
- Lead complex Avature configurations and provide technical leadership.
- Design integration architecture using API-led patterns and middleware.
- Partner with stakeholders to discuss and understanding current processes and redesign end-to-end business processes to achieve the scalable technical solution.
- Define portal experience strategy and user journey design with Service management team.
- Establish governance, standards, and design best practices keeping.
Required Experience
- 8–12+ years of experience in HR technology / ATS platforms.
- Deep expertise in Avature platform architecture and configuration.
- Experience leading integration design (APIs, middleware).
- Experience in large-scale, global transformation programmes, categorically within Talent Acquisition.
Must Have Skills
- Strong Avature architecture and configuration skills.
- Experience with Portal Builder Apps and user experience design.
- Junction Integration architecture (API-first, middleware).
- End-to-end TA lifecycle knowledge.
- Prior experience in Offer to Day 1 or onboarding transformation programs.
Nice To Have Skills
- Experience with composable HR architectures.
- Exposure to AI-enabled recruitment, offer generation and onboarding automation.
